Mar 16 (Tue): 2:30 AND 7 pm - What Do I Do with My Old Books: Mend Them, Sell Them, Recycle Them? This program is born out of a request for a book mending program.
- Sue Ryan, who does all the library's book mending, will recommend materials and provide a demonstration.
- Betsy Eaton will talk about rebinding books and if enough people are interested, organize a group order.
- Robin Model-Lornitzo will talk about how to evaluate a book and determine its value.
- Lauri Rich will talk about how to recycle books that, unfortunately, no one wants.
You are encouraged to bring a book to mend and a book to evaluate.
